Hello everyone…
Today I’m in one of those rare and precious moments when inspiration suddenly knocks on my door. I love these moments; they don’t come often, but when they do, I want to catch them, hold them, and honor them with my whole being.
And this time, there is so much I want to share with you. So come—let’s talk.
Let me first go back to the moment this inspiration was born…
How did the words line up in my mind?
Well, right when my muscles were burning — haha, honestly. As someone who works out regularly and has made pilates and fitness a part of her life, my morning routine brought me an unexpected clarity today.
And I chose to share it with you.
As always, I’ll explain it with my holistic approach.
Sometimes—actually, most of the time—pain and struggle are the process of growth; they are the very training required for feeling good.
We all want to take care of our bodies. Through exercise, walking, running, swimming… Everyone has their own path. And those who walk their path consistently know this well:
It’s not easy.
But it’s gratifying.
That moment when your muscles start to burn, when sweat runs down your skin…
Pleasure reveals itself right there.
Just as we train, strengthen, and activate our bodies, we must also keep our hearts, souls, and minds active.
Instead of turning our experiences into nightmares, we should understand that they come to help us grow. Life sometimes teaches us, sometimes tests us, and sometimes it pulls us toward a newer version of ourselves.
Take sadness, for example…
It is one of the deepest teachers of the heart.
We shouldn’t fear it.
Let the heart feel, experience, expand.
Because without sadness, how could we truly understand joy or appreciate beauty?
And the soul…
Our soul also needs to stay active.
There are many ways to train it: meditation, prayer, moments of silence, or simply sitting alone with our inner voice. But we must do it. We must give our souls that stillness, reset ourselves from time to time, and listen to what comes from within and feed it with what it eagers.
Then we have the mind…
The mind, too, needs its own kind of training.
Learning, exploring, and challenging ourselves intellectually—these keep the mind awake and alive. A stagnant mind becomes heavy; an active mind becomes a source of strength.
Now imagine someone who has lost their spiritual balance…
What meaning remains in a perfectly built body?
Or a person whose heart is closed… How long can pleasure last?
Can a body truly live if the heart no longer feels?
My dear readers, what I want to say is simple:
Let us try to stay whole.
Because our peace and well-being are hidden exactly in that wholeness.
Caring only for the body is not enough.
Listening only to the soul is not enough.
We are all of them:
Body, heart, mind, and soul.
And together, they form the most miraculous state of being human.
So, my dear readers;
Let us continue to nourish ourselves—
reading and listening for the soul,
loving and being loved for the heart,
learning and thinking for the mind,
growing and strengthening the body.
Personal growth is, without a doubt, one of the most powerful and beautiful gifts life presents us. Embrace it wholeheartedly; it is essential for becoming the best version of ourselves.
If we are making progress as a whole!
